Return Policy:

We are very confident that our product will meet and surpass your expectations, as your satisfaction is our utmost priority and goal. However, if any item is defective upon receipt, please contact us in time. So that we can get problem done immediately. Thanks.

1. Once you received the shipment, please make a test or check first, in cases anything wrong can get solved in time. 

2. Please inform us all details within 5 days if anything wrong about the products once it was received. If necessary, please check double times and send us the pictures for helping us to understand, that will be grateful. We will confirm the best way together to solve any problem immediately.

3. All returned items MUST Be in original package.

4. Compensation for returned items. For our production problem, or any quality problem with our responsibility, You will get 100% money returned or you will get 100% new items as changed promised. 

5. For shipment problem, we will discuss together to make a best solution for both of us. 

6. Force Majeure Clause: if any lose caused by Floods, Typhoon, Fire, Storm or others accident that cannot foreseen, we have no duty to make any compensation, but for our long term cooperation partners, we can discuss together to make a good solution to keep our long term business going. 

7. Any lose or trouble in Customers's side, we have no responsibility. Please be well noticed. If any help needed in your side, we would do our best to cooperate with you too, that would be the most we can do for you.
